We were saddened to hear of the passing of Philip Lawrence (Larry) Tackney of Chapeau, Que. He was the beloved husband of Carol-Anne (nee Gagnon.) Our heartfelt sympathy, thoughts and prayers are with Carol-Anne, family and friends at this difficult time.
