With snowflakes starting to become a more common sight in the Pontiac these days, donations to the local Snowsuit Fund have been seeing a flurry of fundraising activity. Fund liaison Carole Valin said that she’s recived $125 from the Bristol Community Association as well as proceeds from the Ladies’ night at Atkinson’s Bar. Pictured, she accepts a $500 check from Shawville Lions’ President James Howard.
