HARRY LUKACS-HITZ

Number: 27

Lukacs-Hitz said his favourite aspect of hockey is just getting out there and playing, as he hits the ice with his team. He attributes much of who he is today to the sport, as it’s taught him much about being a teammate. He’s come to understand that he can rely on his team, and that hard work will pay off. These are lessons Lukacs-Hitz has carried over into other parts of his life, including school and work.

Currently, he’s a grade 10 student at PHS and he’s looking to trying out for higher level hockey teams next year, with his brother Hunter Lukacs-Hitz. According to the coach, Harry is a level-headed player who understands the importance of playing between the lines. Well-respected by his teammates on and off the ice, he’s also known for his soft hands and ability to craft a play out of nothing. Outside the rink, Harry can be found hanging out with his teammates while listening to music.
