I would like to wish the following people a happy birthday: Carl Davidson on Feb. 17, to Norma Gagnon and Denis Lariviére on Feb. 18 to Lindsay Frost and Merrill Hearty on Feb. 19, to Maurice Mayhew and Kristin Morin on Feb. 22.
I hope you all had a great Valentine’s Day. I treated myself to some fantastic strawberry crepes but I was alone and had to eat your share.
It’s going to be a very . . .
snowy week so get out your shovels and be prepared for a few more inches of snow. We hardly received any snow before Christmas but now February and March are going to make up for it. I hope it turns into some sticky snow because I still want to make my snowman.
I’ve been trying to refinish that rocking chair and it’s been taking me longer than I thought. It is going to be absolutely beautiful when it’s done. I just love restoring old furniture. It gives you so much satisfaction when it’s all done. Not to mention, they used to make furniture a lot better than they do now. Well, really that’s not true, you can still get really good furniture but you have to pay a big price. You get what you pay for.
I’ve been staying at home like the rest of you so I don’t get to see too much or hear too much. How boring, there’s nothing else to report right now. I just hope everyone is staying safe and trying to keep occupied.
