Lac Coulonge water levels are expected to rise to 108.35 by Sunday, but this could change depending on rainfall. The Ottawa River Planning Board sets

The municipalities announced the pilot project on Thursday.

The head-on collision occurred near Jim’s Lake Road late on Jan. 29.

Five winners were chosen out of the 90 homes considered.
