the Zacharias family on the loss of Percy on Oct. 31. Percy was the father of Donna (Vital St. Aubin), Rob (Linda Blaskie) and Dale (Lisa Rea). He was the grandfather of Evelyn and Frank (Miranda), Emma, Martha and Thomas. 

Our thoughts and prayers for the Scully family on the loss of Loretta on Oct. 27 at the age of 68 years. She was the daughter of the late Melbourne Hodgins and the late Geraldine Lebrun. She was the wife of the late Clifford Scully. 

There is no public skating at this time. 

The boil water advisory for Shawville residents and some in Clarendon is still in effect. Please boil the water for one minute prior to consumption. Thank you for your continued perseverance in this matter. 

There will be a Remembrance Day service in Shawville at 10:45 a.m. on Nov. 11 at the Veterans’ Memorial Park. Social distancing is required.
