Congratulations to the Municipality of Shawville for the successful winter carnival held this past Saturday. The weather cooperated and it was a great turn-out.
Congratulations also to the the Shawville Curling Club for hosting another successful community bonspiel over the last two weekends.
Happy belated 36th wedding anniversary to my wonderful husband Robert. We were married on Feb. 10, 1989.
Our sympathies to the Saunders family on the loss of Ivan on Feb. 4, at the age of 88. He was the husband of the late Arlene and the father of Karen, Glenna and Scott.
Our deepest condolences to the Peppard family on the loss of Gwen on Feb. 4, at the age of 75.
