An 18-year-old motorcyclist from Gatineau is dead following a crash in Luskville late Monday evening.

On Aug. 11 at 11:15 p.m. emergency services were called to an accident involving a single victim, who was travelling east on Highway 148.

The causes and circumstances of the accident are under investigation by MRC des Collines-de-l’Outaouais police.

Highway 148 was closed to traffic on Tuesday morning, with detour routes in place for people who needed to use the highway.
