Local dancers compete in Ottawa

The Equity

The Ivy League group from Corriveau School of Dance performed at the Thunderstruck Canada dance competition at the Nepean Sportsplex on May 11. They performed 4 routines, a musical theatre, Mary Poppins themed called “Supercali” for which they received high gold, a tap routine “The Night Chicago Died” where they received gold, an Irish tap routine “Blarney Rose” where they got high gold and an African dance for which they received high gold as well as a special quartz award for rocking the house.
