The Municipality of l’Île-du-Grand-Calumet will be holding a byelection to fill seat three on its council which was previously occupied by Pierre Jolicoeur.
Jolicoeur passed away in July.
Candidate nominations should be submitted at the municipal office by Oct. 4 at 4:30 p.m..
The election is scheduled for Nov. 3, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., with advanced voting to take place Oct. 27 between 12 p.m. and 8 p.m.
