My name is Charity Humble, and I am a 15-year-old student at Pontiac High School. Although I’ve only lived in this community for two and a half years, I’ve developed a strong interest in the history and archives of The Pontiac. I’ve also been researching my maternal lineage, the Dagg family, who have been a part of this community since the 1840s.

I have a deep passion for literature and love exploring a wide variety of genres. Creative writing is a particularly meaningful outlet for me, as I often draw inspiration from my everyday experiences.

I believe that serving as a youth reporter for THE EQUITY will be an incredible opportunity for growth, enabling me to learn more about writing and enhance my skills.
