Dear Editor,

Together we can improve the future for the entire population of MRC Pontiac. This provisional volunteer committee is composed of businessmen, retirees, forestry entrepreneurs, contractors and people with experience in sawmills and forestry operations. We strongly believe that . . .

that a cooperative will have huge benefits for the population and the younger generation. Also, it will have a mission of local and regional economic development together for the creation of jobs and a future for our families. This project to re-start forestry activities at the Davidson industrial site will be cemented by the production of a cogeneration plant of 9.5 MWH. We have a heart of sustainable development for our businesses for collectivization when it is established. We hope that together, the ministers of forestry, fauna and economic development of our little corner of the Pontiac don’t forget our cutting guarantee for softwood and hardwood to be used at Davidson.

Next week we will give additional information on the Cooperative project at the site of the Davidson project.
