Pontiac Kidney Walk a first

The first ever Pontiac Kidney Walk took place on May 26 at the Shawville Fairgrounds, bringing out several hundred people to raise money and awareness for renal health. Honorary President of the walk Daniel Levesque (centre right), who was the first dialysis patient at the Pontiac Community Hospital's new unit, cut the ribbon to start the event.
