Dear Editor,
I have spent many years of my life in Shawville and still frequent the area considerably and own land in the area.
I was dismayed and saddened by the Quebec Government’s recent cancellation of my private pot store licence. I was planning to open a store in Quyon and had staff trained and hired.
Apparently, you cannot appeal the Quebec Government decision… But I was wondering is this not a perfect case for the ‘potwithstanding’ clause to be used ?
Can someone please help me with this ?
