Batman gives youngsters superhero-approved Halloween tips

On Halloween, local police officers flipped on the Bat Signal and had the Dark Knight tour the Pontiac to give children safety tips. Hitting eight schools throughout the morning, Batman spoke to more than 600 students from grades one through three. Pictured, he poses with students from Dr. S.E. McDowell Elementary in Shawville.
