St. Paul’s Anglican Church Hall held their annual Harvest Supper last Thursday, seeing roughly 200 people attend in support of the church. Pictured, Kathleen Kelly, one of the evening’s volunteers, helps to make sure the dessert supply is well-stocked.

The St. Paul’s Anglican Church Hall proved bountiful last Thursday, as it overflowed with guests for the annual Harvest Supper.
Around 200 individuals were served at the hall, dining on a feast of ham, meatballs, potatoes, beans, and much more, plus a huge selection of desserts. All food was prepared by the community, and the organizing committee was prepared to feed much more, as they always are.

The kitchen was constantly hustling and bustling as the 20 volunteers hurried about, serving coffee, helping the diners and making sure everyone was accommodated.
As well, the volunteers were well assisted by some younger parishioners, including Alex Mayhew and Kathleen Kelly.
Proceeds raised by the meal will benefit the church, and the various community events it hosts.
