End of year trip for DWKS students was a beautiful excursion and overnight stay at the Dark Horse lodge in Sheenboro. Before heading off to the lodge the students and teachers hiked Brennan’s Bluff. We would like to wish all our students and educators a wonderful and safe summer holiday.
A large crowd attended the fundraiser for Grant Giroux that was held in Sheenboro on Saturday night. The organizers did a great job.

Just a reminder that the weekly mass in Sheenboro will be celebrated on Sunday July 1 at 9 a.m.
The transfer site will be closed on Canada Day as it was on St. Jean Baptiste Day. It will re-open on Monday 12-4 for your convenience.

The intergenerational Sheen Park has two new exercising outdoor stations. This park is designed for all ages and those with challenges could also benefit. Stop by and check them out.
The RA committee has also installed a beautiful advertising sign in the park for the generous donors who support the children’s games on Canada Day. For a donation of $250 your business name will now be displayed from July 1 to Remembrance Day. A few more spots are still available.
