The Quyon Flyers baseball team continued the season with another win last Thursday, as the team enjoyed their first game of the year on their home diamond.
Playing against the Micksburg Twins, the Flyers held on to their strong opening of the game, ensuring their 10 – 5 win on May 31.

This game was their fourth of the year, as the guys added their third win to their standings. So far, they’ve not lost a game, but have tied one.
Previously, the Flyers won against the Ottawa Valley A’s and the Stittsville 56ers, and tied with the Twins on their May 24 game.
This game was a part of the Greater Ottawa Fastball League, consisting of seven teams: the Flyers, 56ers, A’s, Twins, Kars Aces, I4C Victory, and Fitzroy Harbour West Carleton Electric.
Up next for the Flyers is another home game, this time playing host to the Ottawa Valley team on June 7.
