We are now welcoming the beautiful fall season with its annual display of panoramic colors and cooler weather. The apple trees are dropping their ripe fruit to be collected for all kinds of apple treats and preserves. As we bid farewell to summer, hunters are preparing for the annual moose hunt. The seasons come and go. We adapt to each change and there is always something to look forward to.
We were saddened to hear of the passing of Joyce (nee Wendler) of Pembroke. She was the beloved wife of the late Donald Perry. Our heartfelt sympathy, thoughts and prayers are with her children, grandchildren, family and friends at this difficult time.
We were sadden to hear of the passing of Sister Marjorie Fitzpatrick, of the congregation of the sisters of St. Joseph. She was predeceased by her parents the late Victor and Elizabeth (Hynes). She will be fondly remembered by her siblings, nieces and nephews, family and friends. May you RIP Sister Marjorie.
