Chapeau was saddened to hear of the passing of Paul Joseph Keon. He was the beloved son of the late Dr. Harold Keon and the late Nora (Murphy). He was predeceased by his brother Mike Keon. Our heartfelt sympathy, thoughts and prayers are with his siblings, Catherine (Randy), Margaret, Mary-Anne (André), Christine (Peter) Lorie (Brian) and Patty (Sean), family and friends at this sad time.
Last weekend, our granddaughter Bella participated in the Flying Solo Dance Competition which was held at Carleton University. She achieved Superior awards for her jazz and ballet solos. Congratulations Bella on your achievements. We are very proud of you.
My dear friend Betty’s 70th birthday was really celebrated. On Friday evening family and friends gathered to surprised her at the River Club Restaurant. Everyone enjoyed socializing, a tasty meal and a lovely birthday cake.
On Sunday morning we had freezing rain. The streets and surfaces were quite slippery. It was a good day to stay indoors.
Warm birthday wishes are extended to Diane McKnight and Cynthia Allard who are celebrating birthdays on March 1. Enjoy your special day girls.
