We were saddened to hear of the passing of Josh “Chummy” Dufour of Pembroke. He was the beloved husband of Catherine Dufour (nee Spotswood). Cathy grew up in Waltham. Josh was a lifelong sports enthusiast. He especially loved hockey and golf, forming lasting relationships through the games he cherished. He was a dedicated fan of the Montreal Canadians. Our heartfelt sympathy thoughts and prayers are with his wife Cathy, his children, grandchildren, family and friends at this most difficult time.
Our neighbor, Ray Bechamp tapped his maple trees this past week. So far, the sap has been running slow. Let us hope that it picks up this coming week.
Rob, Krista and Nolan Bechamp, of Toronto, were weekend visitors at Rob’s parents Lyne and Ray Bechamp’s.
