The past couple of days we have been experiencing summer like weather. We are enjoying it, as we know what is just around the corner.

We were saddened to hear of the passing of Roger Roy of Pointe Gatineau, QC. He was the beloved husband of Marie-Paule (nee Pilon) Roy. He was born and raised on a farm on the Chapeau/Waltham Road. Roger was a quiet man and was willing to help anybody at any time. Our heartfelt sympathy, thoughts and prayers are with Marie-Paule, his family and friends at this difficult time.

We were saddened to hear of the sudden passing of my dear cousin Arlene (nee Lepage) Lalonde, of Azilda, ON. She was the beloved wife of Paul Lalonde. Our heartfelt sympathy, thoughts and prayers are with Paul, her family and friends at this difficult time. Arlene, you are gone way too soon but forever in our hearts.

Birthday wishes and love is extended to my brother Brian Heagle of Cornwall, who is celebrating his birthday today. Brian, all the best is wished to you today and throughout the coming year.
