Happy belated birthday to Hayley Romain, who celebrated on Aug. 27. We hope that you enjoyed your special day.
Our heart felt sympathy, thoughts and prayers are with my cousin Ann of Long Sault, Ont. in the recent passing of her beloved husband Everett Joseph McMillan. Everett was a very quiet and kind man and he always enjoyed company as he loved to chat. He will be truly missed.
Lynne Belley is celebrating a birthday on Aug. 31, Roseann Rochon on Sept. 1, Theresa Harkins is celebrating on Sept. 2 and also Betty Allard is celebrating a birthday this week. Have a wonderful birthday girls.
I cannot believe that the schoolchildren have resumed classes this week. Hopefully they all enjoyed their summer. Good luck is also wished to all of those heading off to college and university.
