As of 11:30 a.m. Saturday morning, Hydro-Québec estimated power would be restored to most homes between 12 p.m. and 5 p.m.


Hydro-Québec said its expects power will be restored to most homes by midnight Mar. 12.


School boards have cancelled buses and announced schools and daycares will be closed because of the weather.
