Our condolences and deepest sympathies go out to Norma Ranger on the passing of her brother Eldon Venasse of Ottawa, on Jan. 19. He was the son of the late Guy Venasse and Rosie Brennan of Nichabau, Que., Norma is the last remaining sibling of 12 children. Eldon will be sadly missed by his sons Robert and Daniel.

The Hosie family from Kempville, Ont., were visiting at the Sullivan farm on the weekend. Although it was very cold, auntie Evelyn had the snow machines ready and waiting. Her nephew Paul and his wife Heather were very busy taking Juliana and her friend Gabrielle on rides around the farm and Adelaide, a special great-niece, got to go for a sleigh ride.
