Belated birthday greetings go to Nolan Sullivan who celebrated his seventh birthday with his mom, dad and sister Dylan in Costa Rica. Dylann will celebrate her birthday on Nov. 4. Also a happy birthday to Joyce Bryson who celebrated on Oct. 28.

Last week Jack and Darlene Perrault were in Sheen visiting with Andrew Perrault.
Congratulations go out to Carol Anne Meehan, daughter of Bob and Laura Meehan who has taken the Gloucester-South Nepean Councillor seat in the recent City of Ottawa Municipal election.
On Sunday evening, at the Sullivan farm Evelyn, Betty, Arlene and Myra had their Aunt Ivon Nephin Kholsmith and their cousin Velma over for dinner and a sleepover. She turned 96 this year and was looking forward to playing cards, telling stories and enjoying the heat of the wood stove.
Pontiac Ouest Fire Services held their Halloween party in Sheen Saturday evening. Although the numbers were down from other years, there were some excellent costumes. Security was very high with a group of State Troopers along with Columbo and inspector Myers. They were investigating a missing person!
George’s Bar in Chichester also had a Halloween soirée on Friday evening.
