On Saturday morning, more than a dozen off-road vehicles took off from the Ladysmith Hotel as part of Club Quad Pontiac’s fundraiser ride in support of local woman’s shelter L’EntourElle. Club vice-president Guy Chenier said the riders would be linking up with a contingent from Otter Lake before heading to Fort-Coulonge for lunch at J&A Bowers Restaurant. He said that 68 riders took part with 38 vehicles, raising $1,300 in total.
