It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Doris Dunnigan (nee Jordan) on Friday, July 24, 2026, our beloved wife, mother, and grandmother.
She built a life centered on love, family, and quiet kindness. A private and humble person, she found joy in life's simple pleasures — tending her garden, preparing meals for those she loved, and spending cherished time with her family.
She will be remembered for her gentle spirit, unwavering love, and the warmth she brought to her home. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
She leaves behind her beloved and devoted husband of 56 years, Murray; her loving children, Melanie (Joel), Karen (Jasmin), and Christine (Kraig); and her cherished grandchildren, Cameron, Julianna, Amy, Laura, and Ryan. She is now reunited with her beloved grandson, James, whose memory she carried always.
She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 in Our Lady of Victory Church, 490 Charles Street, Buckingham, Quebec at 2 p.m. Family will be present starting at 1:00 p.m., followed by a reception at the Knights of Columbus Hall.
Family and friends are invited to attend.
