I hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is a time to be thankful for all the things we have in life. We are very lucky here in Canada compared to some countries.
I had a nice Thanksgiving with my sister Susan visiting from Belleville, Ont. and her son Craig coming for Thanksgiving dinner.
I also had a surprise visit from my granddaughter Emily and her friend Kayla from Ottawa, Ont. They had fun playing with our pups.
I called my sister Ruth in Alberta. Her daughter Chrissie and her kids came to pick her up and take her out for dinner which she truly enjoyed.
My pups are really getting big. I can’t believe how fast they are growing.
I was very lucky to have my husband prepare all the Thanksgiving dinner since I worked on Saturday. It was a big load off my shoulders.
Wishing Nelda Orr a speedy recovery as she is in Shawville Hospital.
I went for my checkup in Gatineau this past week to see my oncologist. They say everything in Quebec should be bilingual but they should learn better English there. But on a lighter note everything is okay so I have that to be thankful for.
