Euchre in Sheen is Tuesday evening at 7 p.m.
The parking lot provided for snowmobilers in Sheen was a bit overcrowded. Approximately 70 trucks were parked on Mountain Road to take advantage of the beautiful groomed trails.
For your safety please take note of the emergency location signs which are posted along the trails. In the case of an emergency dial 911 and give your nearest location number. Travel safe.
Some of the beautiful trails connecting the Pontiac are through farmers’ fields. Don’t litter. Please bring your garbage home with you. It is very sad when one sees the garbage left on the mountain roads. The Trout Lake Trail in Sheen last year had an old piano left during hunting time. It is a beautiful spot to stop where the trails connect but looks like a dump.
