Birthday greetings and best wishes go out to Jodi Cotnam Marcotte of Arnprior, Ont., on Nov. 22, to Carol Ann . . .

Ranger Enders of Edmonton, Alberta on Nov. 23 and to our grandson, Wyatt Ranger of Grand Prairie, Alberta, on Nov. 20.

Happy birthday to Amy Meloche Gagnon of Ottawa, Ont. who celebrated her 40th with family and friends on the weekend.

Congratulations go out to Coach Gerald Wheeler and the Ottawa Valley Vikings volleyball team for winning the bronze on Saturday at Navan, Ont. A dedicated coach indeed.

On the weekend, a group of us attended the Johnny Reid Christmas Concert at the Casino Rama in Orillia, Ont. It was a great trip with Jamieson Travel of Beachburg, Ont.

The Residence Meilleur has been having exercise classes Monday and Fridays for seniors with Jerry Pharand of Waltham. I have been attending the exercises myself and can’t help noticing the improvement of those of us who are following the program. Earl Lepine is also attending and we are all noticing the changes in him in just a few short weeks.
