Municipal officials say Monday’s Ottawa River level was already at the 108.6 m that was previously predicted by the river’s planning board for Tuesday.
Lac Coulonge water levels are expected to rise to 108.40 by Monday, but this could change depending on rainfall. The major flood level is set at 108.50 at that location, only a few notches higher than this weekend’s expected levels.
