The Way We Were:

Local News: Monday, Nov. 3, marked the date of the first real snow storm of the season in this section.

In some sections to the north of here, snowfall measured about 4 inches but the balmy weather of the following two or three days, caused it to vanish.

The chicken supper and entertainment at Bristol Memorial on Thursday last came off as advertised. A very bountiful and appetizing supper was served after the fashion of the Bristol ladies.
