This is a quiet, slow-moving class to assist healing and relief of hip, back, shoulder, neck, etc., pains.

Bring water, a yoga mat and clean, bare feet.

This is a Pontiac Community Fundraiser to assist the Curling Club in raising funds to replace a broken ~$25K ice pump.

The recommended minimum donation, if feasible, is $5 / person per class please which will be collected at the door.

If there is interest, the class will continue weekly.

There will be Fizzy Sports drinks, protein goodies for sale.

Experience an enchanting night of skating on a forest trail illuminated by 350 torches, complete with music, light effects, and a cozy bonfire.
