Announcement was made by Scout Master Capt. Winslow, of the Apple Day sale to be carried on by the Boy Scouts, next Saturday for their local and general funds, and the Rotary Club pledges their co-operation and support.
Plans were made to again entertain the boys and girls of the district to a large Hallowe’en party on the night of October 31st, in the Exhibition grounds, when there will be a parade in costume, prizes, bon fire, hot dogs and apples for all. This party, sponsored by the Rotary for several years, has always been a huge success.
