Les chasseurs d’aubaines se sont rassembl\u00e9s pour c\u00e9l\u00e9brer l’ouverture du centre de liquidation tr\u00e8s attendu de Shawville en fouillant ses bacs \u00e0 la recherche de bonnes affaires samedi matin.<\/p>\n

Des clients faisaient la queue une demi-heure avant l’ouverture du magasin pour avoir un aper\u00e7u des tr\u00e9sors qu’il avait \u00e0 offrir.<\/p>\n

Un magasin de liquidation, comme l’a expliqu\u00e9 le propri\u00e9taire Roland Langlois, vend des produits en surstock provenant de d\u00e9taillants en ligne tels qu’Amazon, que le magasin ach\u00e8te par palettes une fois par semaine.<\/p>\n

\u00ab C’est une bo\u00eete en carton g\u00e9ante, nous n’avons aucune id\u00e9e de ce que repr\u00e9sentent 90 % de ces articles \u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9, ajoutant qu’il ne conna\u00eet pas non plus la valeur des articles \u00e0 l’int\u00e9rieur tant qu’il n’a pas tri\u00e9 la bo\u00eete.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Les samedis, vous aurez le plus grand choix et les articles de la plus grande valeur, puis chaque jour de la semaine, le prix baissera \u00bb, a-t-il dit.<\/p>\n

Langlois a expliqu\u00e9 que le concept est que l’on fera toujours une bonne affaire, peu importe le jour de la semaine.
\u00ab Dans cette premi\u00e8re cargaison de marchandises que nous avons [ . . . ] il y a beaucoup d’articles qui valent plus de 200 $, voire 300 $, donc \u00e7a peut vraiment \u00eatre surprenant de voir ce qui est disponible \u00bb, a-t-il dit. \u00ab Le plaisir de trouver un tr\u00e9sor en fait d\u00e9finitivement partie. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Annette Keller \u00e9tait l’une des premi\u00e8res clientes \u00e0 faire la queue devant la porte lors de l’ouverture de samedi et a dit qu’elle avait h\u00e2te de voir si elle pourrait d\u00e9nicher de bonnes affaires.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Je chasse, esp\u00e9rant trouver un bon tr\u00e9sor \u00bb, a-t-elle dit. \u00ab Je sais que beaucoup de gens se rendent \u00e0 celui de Pembroke, alors nous gardons le commerce local \u00e0 Shawville. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Brittany Case a dit qu’elle avait entendu parler de magasins similaires l\u00e0 o\u00f9 elle vit \u00e0 Ottawa et \u00e9tait curieuse d’en voir un ouvrir dans sa ville natale. \u00ab C’est juste pour voir de quoi il s’agit [ . . . ] J’\u00e9tais curieuse de voir ce qu’ils avaient pour une petite ville. \u00bb
Langlois, qui vit \u00e0 Alleyn-et-Cawood, a dit qu’il a choisi Shawville comme emplacement pour son entreprise en raison de sa situation centrale dans le Pontiac.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Je pense que c’est une distance raisonnable pour aller faire une activit\u00e9 ou magasiner quelque chose, et je voulais vraiment avoir quelque chose qui ressemble plus \u00e0 une activit\u00e9 qu’\u00e0 une simple entreprise. \u00bb<\/p>
