Elle a expliqu\u00e9 qu&rsquo;ils avaient initialement voulu avoir une plateforme de r\u00e9servation en ligne pour la cuisine, mais ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;opter pour une approche diff\u00e9rente apr\u00e8s avoir consult\u00e9 les utilisateurs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Au d\u00e9but, nous voulions avoir une plateforme en ligne o\u00f9 les gens pouvaient r\u00e9server directement, mais les projets et les besoins sont tellement diff\u00e9rents \u00bb, a-t-elle d\u00e9clar\u00e9. \u00ab Ce que nous allons faire maintenant, c\u2019est que les gens peuvent nous appeler ici et nous organiserons une rencontre avec eux \u00e0 la cuisine pour qu&rsquo;ils puissent voir l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement et nous parler de leurs besoins. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9servations peuvent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es en visitant le site web agrisaveurpontiac.ca ou en envoyant un courriel \u00e0 info@agrisaveurpontiac.ca.<\/p>\n<p>La cuisine dispose d&rsquo;une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements disponibles, y compris des trancheuses et hachoirs \u00e0 viande, des fours \u00e0 convection et une scelleuse sous vide.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Selon un d\u00e9pliant distribu\u00e9 aux producteurs locaux, les tarifs de la cuisine varient, de 120 $ pour quatre heures ou 200 $ pour huit heures. Le fumoir commercial peut \u00eatre lou\u00e9 pour 120 $ par 24 heures (bois et propane inclus). Le lyophilisateur commercial est offert \u00e0 75 $ par 24 heures, avec des sacs et des absorbeurs d&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne disponibles \u00e0 l&rsquo;achat.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dans une entrevue plus t\u00f4t cette ann\u00e9e, Valli\u00e8res-Murray a expliqu\u00e9 que, bien qu&rsquo;ils esp\u00e9raient ouvrir la cuisine plus t\u00f4t, il y a eu un d\u00e9lai pour r\u00e9gler la situation \u00e9lectrique, car ils ont soumis une demande \u00e0 Hydro-Qu\u00e9bec en mai de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re et n&rsquo;ont \u00e9t\u00e9 raccord\u00e9s qu&rsquo;en novembre. La MRC a sign\u00e9 un bail pour la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 pour le 1er avril 2025, \u00e0 2 500 $\/mois, avec le propri\u00e9taire Bill Telford. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Elle a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que la MRC esp\u00e9rait organiser une grande ouverture une fois que le temps deviendrait plus chaud.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Valli\u00e8res-Murray a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&rsquo;ils ont r\u00e9cemment re\u00e7u la visite d&rsquo;un consultant en abattoir pour les aider \u00e0 se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 l&rsquo;inspection du MAPAQ de l&rsquo;abattoir et au premier jour d&rsquo;abattage, ce qui, selon elle, s&rsquo;est bien pass\u00e9. Le gros du travail est termin\u00e9 \u00bb, a-t-elle d\u00e9clar\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Elle a ajout\u00e9 que la coop\u00e9rative de producteurs locaux appel\u00e9e \u00e0 exploiter l&rsquo;installation a sign\u00e9 l&rsquo;entente emphyt\u00e9otique (similaire \u00e0 un bail) avec la MRC pour l&rsquo;installation, exigeant de la coop\u00e9rative qu&rsquo;elle prenne en charge tout l&rsquo;entretien et la maintenance, sans loyer. \u00c0 la fin de la p\u00e9riode de 30 ans, tous les actifs appartiendront \u00e0 la MRC.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab C&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 un long processus \u00bb, a-t-elle d\u00e9clar\u00e9. \u00ab Je pense que les gens sous-estiment le travail \u00e0 faire pour ouvrir une installation comme celle-l\u00e0. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Valli\u00e8res-Murray a renvoy\u00e9 toutes les questions concernant l&rsquo;abattoir \u00e0 la coop\u00e9rative. THE EQUITY a contact\u00e9 la coop\u00e9rative, mais n&rsquo;a pas re\u00e7u de r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 temps pour l&rsquo;impression.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La MRC a investi 1,6 million de dollars provenant de diverses enveloppes de financement pour acheter l&rsquo;abattoir en mai 2024 apr\u00e8s que l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente ait fait faillite. Le projet d&rsquo;abattoir original a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 en 2018 et a co\u00fbt\u00e9 3,4 millions de dollars.
