Le changement, s&rsquo;il est approuv\u00e9, toucherait la zone C10 (voir carte), qui comprend le tron\u00e7on de l&rsquo;avenue Victoria allant du bureau de poste \u00e0 l&rsquo;intersection de la rue Argyle, permettant la construction r\u00e9sidentielle R3, soit des appartements de cinq logements ou plus.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Je ne pense pas qu&rsquo;il serait raisonnable de permettre la construction de logements unifamiliaux l\u00e0-bas, je pense qu&rsquo;il doit s&rsquo;agir d&rsquo;une densit\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e et c&rsquo;est ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 demand\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 l&rsquo;inspecteur en b\u00e2timent de Shawville, Charles Gallant, lors de l&rsquo;audience.<\/p>\n<p>M.&nbsp;Dar a dit \u00e0 The Equity qu&rsquo;il pr\u00e9voyait d&rsquo;\u00e9riger un immeuble de huit logements sur la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 attenante au d\u00e9panneur, o\u00f9 se trouve actuellement un cabanon de rangement. Il a ajout\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il envisage de construire des appartements plus haut de gamme, qualifi\u00e9s de \u00ab&nbsp;luxueux&nbsp;\u00bb, bien que le nombre exact d&rsquo;unit\u00e9s et d&rsquo;autres d\u00e9tails n\u00e9cessiteraient du temps pour \u00eatre \u00e9tablis.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Tout d\u00e9pend de ce que l&rsquo;architecte concevra&nbsp;\u00bb, a-t-il dit.<\/p>\n<p>Le deuxi\u00e8me projet de modification de zonage a \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9 lors de la r\u00e9union du conseil de Shawville mardi (14&nbsp;avril). M.&nbsp;Gallant a ajout\u00e9 que les r\u00e9sidents se trouvant actuellement dans la zone C10 auront la possibilit\u00e9 de se prononcer sur la question de savoir s&rsquo;ils souhaitent que le changement fasse l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;un r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum, avant le vote sur le projet final.
