Le prix pour l\u2019entrant le plus populaire \u00e9tait de 500&nbsp;$, avec la promesse que la recette gagnante serait publi\u00e9e sur les sacs de farine de la minoterie.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Marc Bergeron, copropri\u00e9taire de la minoterie, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que l\u2019id\u00e9e de la comp\u00e9tition est vraiment n\u00e9e d\u2019un d\u00e9sir de d\u00e9couvrir et de partager une recette qui permet de faire un produit savoureux avec la farine de la minoterie.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Il a expliqu\u00e9 que comme la farine de la minoterie Egan ne contient pas d\u2019additifs, elle ne l\u00e8ve pas aussi facilement que la farine standard. Ainsi, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette comp\u00e9tition, lui et son \u00e9pouse, Isabelle Lajoie, esp\u00e9raient trouver une recette qui pourrait permettre m\u00eame aux boulangers les plus novices de faire quelque chose de d\u00e9licieux avec leur farine pure et locale, tout en promouvant une option alimentaire saine et locale.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Vers 13&nbsp;h&nbsp;30, les r\u00e9sultats \u00e9taient connus.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La recette de Cathy Dolan a remport\u00e9 le premier prix avec un pain qui utilisait 100&nbsp;% de farine de la minoterie Egan. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 la seule concurrente \u00e0 n\u2019utiliser que de la farine de la minoterie Egan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>M<sup>me<\/sup> Dolan a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu\u2019elle utilisait cette recette depuis environ 20 ans, et qu\u2019elle lui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 transmise par une amie de la famille qui s\u2019occupait d\u2019elle quand elle \u00e9tait enfant, lorsque ses parents partaient en vacances.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Je me souviens qu\u2019elle faisait du pain, elle en avait partout sur le comptoir. Il a ajout\u00e9 qu\u2019ils pr\u00e9voient d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u2019\u00e9largir l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement de l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine avec de la musique, en plus de la f\u00eate du ma\u00efs de cette ann\u00e9e.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Il a mentionn\u00e9 que le d\u00e9fi de boulangerie de l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine pourrait pr\u00e9senter une c\u00e9r\u00e9ale diff\u00e9rente, comme le seigle, ou un produit diff\u00e9rent, comme la cro\u00fbte \u00e0 pizza.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Peut-\u00eatre que dans 20 ans, nous aurons 20 recettes sur le mur. Au cours du week-end, elle a remport\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re place lors d\u2019un concours de boulangerie organis\u00e9 par la minoterie Egan \u00e0 Quyon.
