Billy T\u2019s Pizza, \u00e0 Shawville, s\u2019appr\u00eate \u00e0 offrir de nouveaux plats fum\u00e9s et all\u00e9chants.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s un an de recherches et de planification, Bill et Jennifer Telford ont r\u00e9cemment achet\u00e9 un fumoir industriel mobile qui leur permettra de renouveler le menu de leur restaurant. Le fumoir restera \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, mais pourra \u00eatre d\u00e9plac\u00e9 sur une remorque. Il peut cuire . . . <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

300 livres de viande \u00e0 la fois et comprend 12 r\u00f4tissoires \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur. Selon Bill, c\u2019est le seul de son genre dans le Pontiac.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Fumer des aliments est une tendance \u00e0 la hausse. Nous y pensions depuis un an et nous avons eu l\u2019occasion d\u2019en acheter un. Nous avons fait quelques recherches. Les gens voient aussi ce que vous faites de diff\u00e9rent, alors nous avons pens\u00e9 que c\u2019\u00e9tait une excellente voie \u00e0 suivre\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9. \u00ab\u00a0Nous existons depuis 32 ans, nous avons la r\u00e9putation de servir de la bonne nourriture et je suis s\u00fbr que le nouveau programme que nous mettons en place autour de cela sera un excellent ajout.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Billy T\u2019s a c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 son 31e anniversaire le 2 f\u00e9vrier et, bien qu\u2019ils aient esp\u00e9r\u00e9 organiser une f\u00eate, les restrictions sanitaires actuelles ont rendu cela impossible. Au lieu de cela, les Telford se sont entra\u00een\u00e9s \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser les techniques du fumoir en vue de la reprise du service r\u00e9gulier et de la recrudescence des \u00e9v\u00e9nements.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Nous essayons de faire conna\u00eetre cela, c\u2019est le type de nourriture pour lequel il faut cr\u00e9er un certain volume, alors nous nous sommes entra\u00een\u00e9s avec\u00a0\u00bb, a dit Bill. \u00ab\u00a0J\u2019ai fait un peu de fumage \u00e0 la maison, du fumage amateur. Nous avons essay\u00e9 diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9pices et je pense que nous avons trouv\u00e9 de bonnes recettes. Maintenant, nous avons un fumoir commercial o\u00f9 nous pouvons faire le volume avec un co\u00fbt de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre minimal.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Bien qu\u2019ils n\u2019aient pas encore finalis\u00e9 leur nouveau menu, Billy T a d\u00e9voil\u00e9 leurs projets pour des classiques comme les sandwichs au porc effiloch\u00e9 et \u00e0 la poitrine de b\u0153uf, les poutines et m\u00eame le macaroni au fromage. Quelques autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont encore incertains et ils esp\u00e8rent que les Pontiacois viendront les d\u00e9couvrir par eux-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n

Bien qu\u2019il n\u2019y ait pas de date pr\u00e9cise pour la mise en service officielle du nouveau fumoir, les Telford visent un moment au cours du mois prochain. \u00c0 l\u2019avenir, ils pr\u00e9voient d\u2019apporter le fumoir \u00e0 des \u00e9v\u00e9nements traiteur tels que des mariages, des remises de dipl\u00f4mes et la Foire de Shawville.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Restez \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute, nous pr\u00e9parons cela. C\u2019est difficile de faire ces choses \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur par temps froid, mais \u00e0 mesure que le temps se r\u00e9chauffe, nous allons de l\u2019avant\u2026 il y aura des choses pour compl\u00e9ter notre menu \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur, en essayant de rester frais et nouveau.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>
