{"id":292226,"date":"2026-05-25T16:27:24","date_gmt":"2026-05-25T20:27:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theequity.ca\/?p=292226"},"modified":"2026-06-20T09:30:13","modified_gmt":"2026-06-20T13:30:13","slug":"hydro-quebec-propose-un-trace-pour-de-nouvelles-lignes-de-transport","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theequity.ca\/fr\/hydro-quebec-propose-un-trace-pour-de-nouvelles-lignes-de-transport\/","title":{"rendered":"Hydro-Qu\u00e9bec propose un trac\u00e9 pour de nouvelles lignes de transport"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hydro-Qu\u00e9bec a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une proposition pour l&#8217;emplacement des nouvelles lignes de transport qu&rsquo;elle construira et qui relieront le poste Cadieux au nouveau poste qu&rsquo;elle pr\u00e9voit construire \u00e0 Mansfield-et-Pontefract.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>En mai dernier, le fournisseur d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 a annonc\u00e9 son intention de construire un poste 120-25 kV pr\u00e8s de Fort-Coulonge, ainsi que de reconstruire le poste Cadieux \u00e0 Bryson et de moderniser 30 kilom\u00e8tres de lignes d&rsquo;alimentation entre les deux. De nouvelles lignes de distribution seront \u00e9galement install\u00e9es entre le poste de Coulonge et la centrale existante de Waltham.<\/p>\n<p>Actuellement, les r\u00e9sidents \u00e0 l&rsquo;est de Mansfield re\u00e7oivent leur \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 par des lignes de distribution \u00e0 basse tension provenant du poste Cadieux \u00e0 Bryson, tandis que les r\u00e9sidents du Haut-Pontiac d\u00e9pendent de la centrale de Waltham pour leur alimentation. Il n&rsquo;y a pas de lignes de transport \u00e0 haute tension \u00e0 l&rsquo;ouest de Bryson.<\/p>\n<p>Les am\u00e9liorations pr\u00e9vues r\u00e9duiront la distance que les lignes de distribution doivent parcourir pour acheminer l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 aux foyers du Haut-Pontiac apr\u00e8s avoir quitt\u00e9 le poste et relieront les r\u00e9sidents au r\u00e9seau qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois, rendant leur approvisionnement en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 beaucoup plus fiable.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Lors d&rsquo;une consultation communautaire tenue mercredi dernier (20 mai) \u00e0 Fort-Coulonge, des repr\u00e9sentants du fournisseur d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 ont partag\u00e9 une carte du trac\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il sugg\u00e8re pour ces lignes d&rsquo;alimentation et ont recueilli les questions et les commentaires des r\u00e9sidents sur l&rsquo;ensemble du projet.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>En partant du poste Cadieux, le trac\u00e9 (pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ici) passe juste \u00e0 l&rsquo;est de l&rsquo;autoroute 148, \u00e0 travers Bryson et Litchfield jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 Fort-Coulonge, fr\u00f4lant un coin de Campbell&rsquo;s Bay sur son passage.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Le trac\u00e9 est con\u00e7u, en partie, pour offrir aux lignes le plus long tron\u00e7on possible de corridor droit avant de devoir changer de direction, et ne fait que deux pivots avant d&rsquo;atteindre le poste de Coulonge.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Les pyl\u00f4nes portant les lignes mesureront entre 24,25 m\u00e8tres et 47 m\u00e8tres de haut. Un corridor de 56 m\u00e8tres de largeur devra \u00eatre maintenu le long de l&rsquo;ensemble du trac\u00e9 des lignes \u00e9lectriques afin de s&rsquo;assurer qu&rsquo;aucun arbre ne les obstrue.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Dans les premi\u00e8re et troisi\u00e8me sections du trac\u00e9, Hydro-Qu\u00e9bec propose une variante au trac\u00e9 principal et affirme solliciter les commentaires des r\u00e9sidents pour d\u00e9terminer quelle option sera la moins intrusive.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Dans l&rsquo;une des options, nous passons en bas des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s. Il a mentionn\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il existe une compensation pour les propri\u00e9taires fonciers selon la superficie de terrain utilis\u00e9e par l&rsquo;infrastructure et la quantit\u00e9 de terres bois\u00e9es \u00e0 d\u00e9fricher.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nous devons trouver le trac\u00e9 ayant le moins d&rsquo;impact \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Johanne Savard, une autre conseill\u00e8re en communications d&rsquo;Hydro-Qu\u00e9bec, pr\u00e9cisant que des repr\u00e9sentants de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 rencontr\u00e9 plusieurs des propri\u00e9taires fonciers concern\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Scott Brown et Eryn Darling, r\u00e9sidents de Campbell&rsquo;s Bay, comptaient parmi les propri\u00e9taires fonciers surpris d&rsquo;apprendre que de grandes lignes de transport traverseraient bient\u00f4t leurs terres.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ils ont d\u00e9m\u00e9nag\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9gion du sud de l&rsquo;Ontario il y a environ trois ans pour \u00e9lever leur jeune famille et lancer une entreprise agricole biologique.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nous voulions nourrir les gens et nous ne trouvions pas de terres agricoles.
