DESCRIPTION:The Ladysmith Recreation Committee is hosting its first Winter 
 Carnival on Saturday\, February 21st\, featuring a full day of activities 
 for all ages. The event includes a ball hockey tournament for $250 per tea
 m\, a euchre tournament for $5 per person\, and a chili competition. Guest
 s can also enjoy a community skate\, a fire pit\, and refreshments from th
